Process ticket sales using Ticketmaster software, provide information on performances and policies, and handle all customer service inquiries including phone support. Maintain accuracy in financial transactions and cash handling while enforcing building policies and assisting patrons in emergency situations. Work under the supervision of the Ticket Office Manager with a professional appearance. This part-time role supports the Ticket Office in managing daily patron interactions and operational tasks.
