Job Summary
Provide all guests a positive first impression by offering superior guest service and accurately operate the Ticketmaster computer ticketing system to sell tickets. Communicate with guests to locate and deliver will-call tickets, provide information regarding events and facilities in person and on the telephone, and accept payments via cash, check, or credit card. Balance cash drawer at the end of the day. Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays based on the event schedule. Report to the Director of Box Office at Legends Global's BMO Center and Coronado Theatre locations in Rockford, IL.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Must be 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a criminal and background check
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays based on the event schedule
- Ability to walk, sit and stand for long periods of time on hard-surface floor
