Job Summary
Part-time Bookkeeper responsible for invoicing, ACH payments, credit card processing, reconciliations, and reporting. Core duties include weekly invoicing for client projects and orders, processing agreements and out-of-scope invoices, resolving billing issues, entering cash receipts, processing ACH and credit card payments, aiding in reconciliation and month-end close, maintaining client account information, sending statements, and collecting on past-due accounts. Requires 2-3 years accounting experience preferred, strong data entry, organizational, and communication skills, familiarity with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, and ability to handle payroll processing (US and international). Office-based role with a flexible schedule, in Suwanee, GA.”,
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years accounting experience preferred, preferably in the technology or MSP industry
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and financial data analysis
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to communicate complex data clearly both orally and in writing
- Ability to use accounting software to record and analyze financial data
- Experience working with QuickBooks accounting system
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite needed
- Excellent customer service skills - must be comfortable speaking with clients regarding billing and their accounts
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule during normal business hours
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
