Job Summary
Load vehicles with supplies, drive to blood drive locations, assist with setup and donor engagement, and pack up equipment before returning to unload. Greet visitors professionally, resolve inquiries, and complete all vehicle and drive documentation per company standards. Perform additional tasks as assigned, including training and adhering to updated SOPs. Requires CDL A or B with DOT Medical card, ability to lift 50 lbs, and experience with Microsoft Office and tablets. Works a variable part-time schedule of 3-4 days per week with weekend rotation, starting between 4am and 10am. Reports to the Collections Logistics Supervisor at the Bethlehem center.
Required Qualifications
- CDL A or B
- DOT Medical card
- Experience driving a box truck or larger vehicle
- The ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
- Excellent communication (verbal, written, and listening)
- Strong work ethic including attendance, trust, flexibility, and reliability
- A passion to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities to meet the needs of the blood center
- Part-time coverage approximately 3-4 days per week
- Weekend rotation
- Background checks
- Drug screenings
