Job Summary
Engage with customers, educate them on AT&T products and services, and guide them through the buying process while meeting personal performance goals and company standards. Deliver outstanding customer service to help clients make informed decisions, participate in daily marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities, and maintain a clean, fun work environment for the team. Work as a team member to collectively exceed person and team goals, while developing skills for future management opportunities. This part-time role requires flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum age of 18 and a high school diploma.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age
- Legally able to be employed in the US
- High School diploma or equivalent
