Job Summary
Conduct customer interactions by understanding unique needs, recommending ACE products and services, and building trust through empathetic communication. Handle diverse store operations including cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services while prioritizing accuracy, confidentiality, and strict compliance with industry regulations. Work independently to support overall store performance, requiring the ability to stand for extended periods and travel locally between stores. This role offers hourly pay of $17.50-18.50 with signing bonuses, Sundays off, and flexible scheduling for bilingual sales associates with retail experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual (Proficiency in Spanish)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work 10-12 hours in a confined work area
- Ability to see clearly at both close and distant ranges, with the ability to adjust focus as needed
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs
- Entrepreneurial spirit
