Job Summary
Understand customers' unique needs and recommend appropriate ACE products and services. Communicate effectively, empathize with challenges, and build trust while providing exceptional customer service to foster lasting relationships. Handle a wide range of services including cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services. Prioritize accuracy, confidentiality, and strict compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines. Listen actively and embrace accountability for overall store performance. Work 10-12 hours in a confined area, with local travel to multiple stores daily as necessary. Proficiency in Spanish is welcomed.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Spanish
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work 10-12 hours in a confined work area
- Ability to see clearly at both close and distant ranges, with the ability to adjust focus as needed
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs
