Job Summary
Understand customers' unique needs and recommend appropriate ACE products and services, including cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services. Communicate effectively with customers, empathize with their challenges, and build trust while providing exceptional service to foster lasting relationships. Prioritize accuracy, confidentiality, and strict compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines. Work independently with an entrepreneurial spirit, listening actively to address diverse financial product inquiries. Stand for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs while working 10-12 hours in a confined area. Travel locally to multiple stores daily as needed. Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual – Spanish
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work 10-12 hours in a confined work area
- Ability to see clearly at both close and distant ranges, with the ability to adjust focus as needed
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs
