Job Summary
Assist guests with luggage transportation and escort them to their rooms to ensure the safety of belongings and deliver top-tier hospitality from arrival to departure. Provide a seamless experience by responding professionally to customer problems and adapting calmly to changes, delays, or unexpected events. Work flexible PM shifts and weekends, including second and third shifts, while operating a vehicle with a manual transmission in potentially dangerous traffic situations. Handle physical demands such as lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods in outdoor weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid state driver's license
- Must have a current address
- Must have an acceptable driving record
- Must provide proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S.
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
- Must be safety-conscious at all times while working in and around potentially dangerous traffic situations
- Must have flexible availability
- Must be available for PM shifts and weekends
- Must be able to work special shifts as needed, including 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and/or weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service
- Previous experience as a Valet
- The ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission (stick shift)
