Job Summary
Assist guests with luggage transportation and escort them to their rooms to ensure the safety of guest belongings and deliver top-tier hospitality from arrival to departure. Provide accurate information to customers and respond professionally to complaints while following written and verbal instructions. Maintain a valid state driver's license with an acceptable driving record and operate a vehicle with a manual transmission. Stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs while working in potentially dangerous traffic situations and exposed to extreme weather, noise, and vehicle fumes. Flexible availability for PM shifts, weekends, and special shifts is required.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid state driver's license
- Must have a current address
- Must have an acceptable driving record
- Must provide proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S. (valid documentation required if hired)
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
- Must be safety-conscious at all times while working in and around potentially dangerous traffic situations
- Must have flexible availability
- Must be available for PM shifts and weekends
- Must be able to work special shifts as needed, including 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and/or weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service
- Previous experience as a Valet
- The ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission (stick shift)
