Job Summary
Part-time Driver/Behavioral Health Technician responsible for transporting clients to and from the facility and supervising them on-site. Duties include observing client behaviors, documenting conditions in EMR, leading clients through therapeutic and recreational activities, completing admissions paperwork and drug screening (Urine Drug Screen, Breathalyzer), providing recovery support, and maintaining safety and professional boundaries. Requires adherence to safety standards, route and vehicle inspections, CPR readiness, and collaboration with Clinical Director and BHT Supervisor. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Valid Driver's License
- Preferred, Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS), or willingness to pursue
- Completion of annual education requirements
- Maintain client confidentiality at all times
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to walk up and down stairs during emergency drills or situations
