Job Summary
Provide psycho-social education with emphasis on childhood and adolescent development, assist primary care providers in treating mental health concerns, and conduct functional and strength-based assessments. Deliver motivational interviewing to develop behavioral strategies for symptom reduction, complete all required charting in the electronic medical record, and coordinate care plans while providing referrals to community agencies. Support families and parents with chronic illnesses or behavioral modification needs through brief, time-limited therapy and crisis intervention services. This part-time role requires availability Tuesdays through Thursdays from 9:00am to 5:00pm and demands licensure as an LMSW, LMHC, or MHC-LP. Candidates must demonstrate strong assessment skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse populations.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Master Social Worker
- Mental Health Counselor
- Mental Health Counselor- LP
