Job Summary
Deliver skills training and behavioral therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families in home and clinic settings while maintaining accurate session notes and data collection. Provide feedback to parents and caregivers under BCBA/LBA direction and collaborate with clinical staff, schools, and external therapies. Implement treatment plans with ongoing supervision, participate in trainings, and obtain RBT certification within 60 days of employment. Commit to a one-year term, working primarily 3pm–7pm multiple days per week with potential for morning hours. Requires a BA/BS with 6+ months ABA experience, strong clinical insight, and bilingual skills highly desired.
Required Qualifications
- Have experience in the field of autism and special needs, education, mental health or ABA
- Minimum BA/BS
- 6 months – 1 years' experience with ABA
- Available primarily 3pm - 7pm multiple days per week
- able to maintain consistent availability and schedule

- Possess strong clinical insight

- perform all movements required (bending, kneeling, computer typing, standing, fetching documents from file cabinets)
- Must have sufficient corrected or uncorrected vision
- Need to be able to lift and carry pediatric population (weight ranging from 5 to 50 lbs.)
Desired Qualifications
- BA/BS preferred in the fields of psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, school psychology, education, special education, ABA, or related field
- Individuals with other experience working with children are encouraged to apply
