Part-Time Behavior Intervention Strategist

Job Summary
Develop and assist with implementation of specialized behavior intervention plans for students with behavioral challenges in general education settings. Provide specialized training in classroom organization, academic and behavioral programming, and evidence-based practices to teachers, staff, and administrators across pre-K through high school. Serve as a District resource for developing policies, procedures, and forms to support students with behavioral needs while conducting trainings based on need analysis. Monitor and analyze data on interventions, maintain accurate records of consultations, and develop collaborative relationships with parents, outside agencies, and service providers. Work collaboratively with faculty and administrators to ensure an integrated approach to student success and consistent home-school communication.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Georgia Educator Certificate in assigned teaching field
- Two or more years of experience working with children in an area of behavioral analysis
- Expert knowledge of numerous data collection methods
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in General Education, Special Education, Behavior Analysis, or a related field
