Job Summary
Part-time school-based Resilience Coach to support before/after school programming at Voyager Academy. Responsibilities include student engagement, role modeling respectful behavior, behavior guidance and conflict resolution, ensuring safety, delivering enrichment and academic support, facilitating homework help and activities, supporting check-in/check-out, and maintaining a positive learning environment. Requires 18+; HS diploma or equivalent; BSAC training; 2 sem hours in child/youth development and 2 sem hours in school-age programming; CPR/First Aid preferred. Pay rate $25.00-$34.00 per hour; in-person at Durham, NC location; schedule varies with location; background screenings/licensing requirements apply.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years old or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- BSAC training completed
- 2 semester hours in child/youth development
- 2 semester hours in school-age programming
- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
- Ability to work schedule: 6:30AM-8:15AM and 3:45PM-6:00PM (Mon-Fri)
