Part Time Before/After School Care Aide - SST Hill Country Elm.

Assist teachers with student academic goals through small group or individual instruction while enforcing classroom management and behavioral plans. Supervise students during breakfast, recess, lunch, dismissal, and special events. Support the ARD/IEP process by preparing paperwork, collecting, and entering data for special education reports and documents. Plan, prepare, and implement differentiated instruction for individual students and groups. Communicate effectively with management and maintain working relationships within and external to the district. Use computer software, databases, and office equipment to analyze data and organize campus programs. Perform other duties as assigned in a classroom setting.
