Job Summary
Part-time Beauty Consultant responsible for meeting sales goals and educating customers on tanning practices and retail items in a salon setting. Maintain a clean, organized salon, handle cash, open/close duties, and complete daily administrative tasks. Roles include base pay plus commission/bonuses with opportunities for advancement; requires high school diploma or equivalent, 18+, strong verbal/written communication, prior retail/customer service experience, ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds, and flexible availability including nights and weekends. Location: Avon, IN. Training on product knowledge and sales skills provided; opportunities for growth and employee discounts on skincare and salon services.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
