Job Summary
Drive sales through authentic beauty expertise by engaging clients with a consultative approach, identifying their needs, and recommending products to upsell. Maintain Sephora Kohl’s standards, execute visual merchandising and inventory procedures, participate in training to expand knowledge, and deliver an exceptional client experience through product demonstrations and application. Maintain department cleanliness, stock replenishment, tester maintenance, and collaboration with leaders to ensure safety and shortages programs. Emphasize credibility through product knowledge and beauty trends while providing excellent service and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Authentic passion for beauty
- Client-facing retail or service industry experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence customers and provide clear product recommendations
- Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to perform essential functions and meet scheduling requirements
- Ability to operate basic computer and scanning devices
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
