Job Summary
Part-Time Beauty Advisor at Sephora (Kohl’s) drives sales through consultative engagement and product recommendations, builds client loyalty, maintains expert knowledge of beauty brands, executes visual merchandising and stock replenishment, participates in training, and supports inventory and departmental standards. Key responsibilities include identifying client needs, upselling products, demonstrating product application, communicating with leadership, and upholding safety and cleanliness policies while delivering an engaging client experience.
Required Qualifications
- Client-facing retail or service industry experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence customers in a clear and concise manner
- Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to perform essential functions including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs with/without assistance
