Job Summary
Beauty Advisor role focused on driving sales through consultative client interactions, expert product knowledge, and maintaining Sephora at Kohl’s visual and operational standards. Responsibilities include building client loyalty, identifying needs, upselling products, demonstrating product application, completing training, executing merchandising and inventory tasks, adhering to safety and store policies, and supporting omni-channel processes. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs in a two-person lift scenario, stand for shifts, and work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Pay starts at $13.70 per hour. Location: North Myrtle Beach, SC.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in client-facing retail or service industry preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
