Job Summary
Part-time BCBA in Lancaster, PA delivering evidence-based ABA services to children with autism, supervising up to 5 RBTs, conducting assessments, writing individualized treatment plans, and monitoring progress. Manage a caseload of up to 10 clients with up to 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week (3 days/week). Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and ensure compliance with BACB and state guidelines. Requires active BCBA certification, state licensure where required, ABA experience, strong communication, and a clinic-based setting.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification from BACB
- State licensure where required
- ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs)
- Strong communication skills in a clinic setting
- Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment
