Job Summary
Part-time BCBA delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism in a Harrisburg, PA clinic. Lead and supervise up to 5 RBTs, manage a caseload of up to 10 clients (up to 28 billable hours per 40-hour week), work with children ages 2–18 (most under 6), conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, monitor client progress, and collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices. Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines. Requires Active BCBA certification and applicable state licensure; ABA experience highly valued. Base salary range listed as $1—$1 USD with relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, and Paid Family Leave.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- State Licensure where required
- ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a clinic-based setting
