Job Summary
Bartender/Server role at Interlude Rooftop lounge in Hampton/Home2 Times Square, NY. Responsibilities include mixing, pouring, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per recipes and guest preferences; setting up and stocking the bar; maintaining cleanliness and health/safety standards; monitoring guest alcohol consumption; processing payments via POS; assisting with inventory; ensuring timely, courteous guest service; and adhering to state liquor laws. Requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays; must wear a proper uniform and maintain professional appearance. TIPS certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire) is required; prior experience in bartender or food/beverage roles is preferred.
