Job Summary
Prepare and serve beverages promptly while taking table orders, managing POS entries, and verifying guest identification for alcohol service. Maintain bar inventory, restock supplies, wash glassware, and ensure all equipment remains safe and functional. Monitor guest comments, address concerns with immediate supervisors, and responsibly limit liability related to excessive drinking. Check guest IDs, inform supervisors of issues, and apply corrective measures when necessary. Assist management with beverage menus and supply ordering. Weekend and holiday availability required; 1+ years of elevated bar experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must have weekend and holiday availability
- Check guest's identification to verify minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages
- Attempt to limit issues and liability related to excessive drinking by responsibly serving alcohol, having an awareness of signs of intoxication, and taking appropriate measures to ensure the safety of our guests
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in an elevated, fast-paced bar setting preferred
