Part Time - Bartender

Serve guests in a Hospitable manner by maintaining a well-stocked bar with beer, wine, spirits, garnishes, and supplies; greet guests, take and document drink orders, and mix/garnish/present drinks using standard recipes. Input orders into the POS, balance checks, and handle cash transactions. Maintain bar setup, stock fresh garnishes, manage produce, and ensure compliance with state, federal, and corporate alcohol-service requirements. Perform duties such as inventory, replenishment, damage control, and ensuring a smooth guest experience. Must be able to stand for long periods, communicate effectively with guests and colleagues, and adapt to hotel-bar operations.
