Job Summary
Dual Bartender/Server role at a member-only golf club. Responsibilities include preparing and serving a wide variety of beverages, maintaining a clean bar area, handling cash/transactions, assisting with inventory, taking and relaying food and drink orders, serving food and beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction, complying with health and safety regulations, operating the POS system, and assisting with special events. Key skills include knowledge of beverages (wine, beer, cocktails), exceptional customer service, strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to work evenings/weekends/holidays in a fast-paced private-club environment. Education and credential requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, plus a valid alcohol service certification and a food handler’s permit.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or culinary training is a plus
- Proven experience as a bartender and/or server, preferably in a high-end or private club setting
- Knowledge of beverages including wine, beer, cocktails
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Valid state alcohol service certification and food handler’s permit
