Job Summary
Provide high-quality customer service in a part-time banking role. Responsibilities include accurately processing customer banking transactions in the teller system, identifying customer needs, offering and referring bank products and services, meeting branch goals for deposits and accounts, and maintaining confidentiality. Work in a team environment while demonstrating enthusiasm and professionalism. Maintain knowledge of loan and deposit products, respond to inquiries, and report unusual activity. Stay aware of federal regulations (BSA) and Regulation CC, and participate in training. Demonstrate understanding of deposit compliance and security practices; assist with deposits, account maintenance, and fraud awareness. This role supports personal and business banking objectives and offers opportunities for growth and development.
Required Qualifications
- Cash handling experience
- Direct customer service experience
- High School degree or GED
- Sales and computer experience desirable
