Job Summary
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, currency exchange, and ATM reconciliation under dual control. Respond to inquiries, answer account questions, and detect fraud by identifying counterfeit instruments and verifying identities. Safeguard resources by executing branch security protocols and promoting self-service banking options. Maintain an organized workspace while managing administrative tasks and adhering to federal regulations. Participate in a rotational Saturday schedule to support branch operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to move, lift, carry cash bags, coin boxes, and branch equipment up to 30 pounds
- Ability to travel to various branches as needed
- Ability to participate in rotational Saturday schedule
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, in English
- Sound judgment, discretion, and a high level of integrity when handling confidential information
- Ability to effectively learn and utilize department specific systems and software
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in customer service, cash handling, or retail sales
- Bilingual
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality customer service with a courteous, patient, and professional demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills with the ability to follow procedures
