Job Summary
Cashes checks, disburses funds, and accepts deposits while verifying signatures, sufficiency of funds, and transaction accuracy. Prepares and issues cashiers' checks, money orders, and drafts by entering transactions into the recordkeeping system and producing receipts. Evaluates check legality, balances cash drawers, counts daily inventories, and manages risk by detecting fraudulent transactions. Promotes new banking services and orders cash supplies to meet daily needs. Maintain a secure work area for negotiables and confidential records. Complete all required training courses as assigned. Minimum age 18; must be able to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods.

Desired Qualifications
