Job Summary
Operate the baler machine, forklift, or pallet jack to place unusable donations in top-loading clothing balers, tie off completed bales, and stack them in the warehouse. Load trucks with finished bales, remove donated goods from poly-bulk trucks or bins, and sort salvage cardboard and wire into appropriate containers. Maintain an organized warehouse and assist with sales floor and warehouse operations as requested by leadership. This part-time role averages 20-25 hours per week with fluctuating hours Monday through Sunday. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Basic math skills
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs
- Must be available to work any shifts Monday through Sunday
Desired Qualifications
- Forklift Operator certification (preferred)
- Prior experience working in a retail or customer service-related environment, is preferred
- Warehouse experience is preferred
