Job Summary
Greet customers and employees professionally while maintaining a clean, organized work area. Stock baked goods, monitor product temperatures in coolers and freezers, and ensure proper product rotation. Keep sales areas, backrooms, and utensils sanitized, and report any safety risks, theft, or fraud. Perform physical tasks including standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and bending. Assist the department manager in meeting gross profit and sales goals while upholding Renfroe's mission statement.
