Job Summary
Assist in developing a store atmosphere focused on creating and exceeding customer service, safety, and cleanliness goals. Complete daily tasks to ensure customers feel welcome, including removing merchandise from carts, bagging items safely, and returning goods to shelves. Help maintain a clean parking lot, gather carts, and conduct price checks for cashiers. Report all safety risks or issues, including robbery, theft, or fraud. Be familiar with store safety practices and able to lift 30 pounds or more. Instill in others the daily goal of accomplishing Renfroe's mission statement.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Able to lift 30 pounds or more.
- Understand the store's layout and have the ability to locate products and conduct price checks for cashiers.
- Be familiar with all store safety practices
