Part-Time Backroom Processor

Part-Time Backroom Processor at TJX family stores (HomeGoods, TJMaxx, Marshalls, etc.). Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by adhering to customer experience principles, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, processing and preparing merchandise for the sales floor, accurately ringing purchases/returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, and supporting store operations and loss-prevention standards. Cross-trained to work in multiple areas as needed; emphasizes teamwork, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to multi-task, follow procedures, and maintain safety/compliance. Includes duties such as merchandise preparation, stock recovery, merchandising standards, and collaboration with peers and supervisors. Benefits include a comprehensive package; starting pay range is $15.92–$16.42 per hour.
