Part Time Backroom Coordinator TJ Maxx Robinson

Execute receiving and merchandising standards while orchestrating truck deliveries and prioritizing merchandise processing onto the sales floor. Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles, monitor team productivity, and coach as necessary to ensure efficient task completion. Maintain a clean, organized backroom area by rotating stock, upholding signage standards, and ensuring proper tagging and coding of all items. Engage with customers to maintain an excellent experience, communicate priorities with management, and support shrink reduction and safety goals. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Requires one year of retail experience and six months of leadership experience.
