Job Summary
Part Time Backroom Coordinator responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, training and mentoring Associates, ensuring efficient processing of merchandise from truck delivery to sales floor, tagging/hanging/coding merchandise, maintaining backroom organization and safety, and communicating priorities with management. Requires 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience; strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills; ability to train others and adapt to changing directions; physical capability to lift heavy objects; schedule flexibility including nights and weekends. Location: Kansas City, MO facility; hourly pay range $16.00–$16.50. Working with TJX brands (TJ Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, Homesense, Sierra, Winners, TK Maxx) in a fast-paced, consumer-driven retail environment." ,
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
