Part Time- Backroom Associate

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor while adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Support store recovery, maintain merchandising philosophy, and participate in safety awareness and shrink reduction goals. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas as needed. Requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to lift heavy objects. Starting pay is $13.00 to $13.50 per hour.
