Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately ringing purchases, returns, and change. Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, support store recovery initiatives, and uphold merchandising philosophy. Participate in safety awareness, shrink reduction goals, and multi-tasking as needed. Work a flexible schedule supporting business needs with a starting pay of $16.90 to $17.40 per hour.
