Part time Backroom Associate

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor following established procedures. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while supporting store shrink reduction goals and participating in store recovery as needed. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas to support business needs. Maintain organizational cleanliness standards throughout the store and participate in safety awareness initiatives. Work a flexible schedule, lifting heavy objects as required, while responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
