Part time Backroom Associate

Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss-prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs, supports a positive store culture, processes customer purchases and returns, promotes credit and loyalty programs, and participates in store recovery and safety initiatives. Coordinates merchandising procedures, ensures shop-floor readiness, and contributes to shrink reduction goals. Ability to work a flexible schedule and lift heavy objects as needed; retail customer experience preferred.
