Part Time Back Room Coordinator

Part Time Back Room Coordinator at TJ Maxx (York, PA). Responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring Associates process efficiently and effectively, and maintaining a positive customer experience. Coordinates truck deliveries, trains Associates on merchandising/processing principles, ensures items are tagged/hung/coded, and communicates priorities to Management. Monitors team productivity, organizes back stock for replenishment, upholds signage and merchandising standards, and supports safety and compliance with labor laws. Requires the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends; strong communication and organizational skills; ability to train others; capability to lift heavy objects.
