Job Summary
Part-Time Back of House Coordinator at JD Sports Canada, based in CF Carrefour Laval (Laval, QC) on-site. You will support Front of House, lead stockroom operations, accurately receive and manage inventory, handle end-to-end daily e-commerce orders (processing, picking, packing, shipping), and communicate with customer service and stores. Key duties include labelling and arranging stock, reducing store shrinkage by addressing inventory discrepancies, and daily use of the inventory system. Required: 2+ years retail/stockroom experience, Shopify experience preferred, ability to work weekends, strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Moves the operation toward efficient inventory management and commerce fulfillment.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail or stockroom experience
- Experience with Shopify platform (beneficial)
