Job Summary
Support front-of-house associates with in-store customer requests while leading daily stockroom operations to ensure accurate labeling, logical placement, and cleanliness. Manage end-to-end e-commerce sales by processing, picking, packing, and shipping orders directly to customers. Contribute to store profitability by accurately receiving, handling, and organizing merchandise inventory while researching discrepancies to minimize shrinkage. Communicate daily with customer service and store teams via Slack and email using the company inventory system. Requires 2+ years of retail or stockroom experience, flexibility for weekends, and proficiency with the Shopify platform.
