Job Summary
Build meaningful relationships while providing guidance, encouragement, and support to individuals with identified needs. Assist with daily living activities including personal care, hygiene, meals, household support, and transportation. Support community involvement, social connections, and independent living skills while advocating for rights and needs. Monitor health and well-being, reporting changes as needed, and complete required documentation. Participate in training and team meetings within a residential group home setting supporting up to four residents. This role offers a wage increase to $17.50/hr after six months of consistent employment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and write in English
- A valid driver's license
- Safe driving record
- Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Check
- Ability to pass a DHS background check
