Job Summary
Utilize the AS400 system to record lane and Simulcast bid amounts, enter customer data, process sold units, and verify vehicle lights. Work virtually with auctioneers to review bids, verify run orders, and provide announcements. Support title absent cases via Salesforce and respond to customer requests through phone, email, and ticketing channels. This part-time role requires a Tuesday through Thursday schedule of approximately 9–12 hours weekly. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Less than 2 years of experience
- Effective communication skills
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to remain focused and composed during fast-paced sale-day activities
