Job Summary
Conduct independent small animal veterinary practice across trusted partner hospital settings with clinical autonomy and no production quotas. Manage diverse clinical cases including surgery, dentistry, ER, and urgent care while maintaining consistent support from dedicated medical leadership and mentorship. Choose your work schedule from 1 to 3 days per week, with a guaranteed biweekly salary and the option to earn extra by picking up additional shifts. Maintain your active license, DEA registration, and controlled substance credentials while receiving professional liability insurance, 401(k) contributions, and access to a veterinary social worker.
Required Qualifications
- DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program (or equivalent)
- Active license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA + controlled substance license (as applicable)
- 1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting
- Confidence practicing independently
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
