Job Summary
Conduct independent small animal veterinary practice across trusted hospital settings with clinical autonomy and no production quotas. Manage diverse clinical shifts including surgery, dentistry, ER, or urgent care while maintaining a biweekly salary and choosing your own work days. Receive dedicated medical leadership, mentorship, and access to a veterinary social worker to support your wellbeing. Earn additional income by picking up extra shifts, which can be paid out or converted to PTO.
Required Qualifications
- DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program (or equivalent)
- Active license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA + controlled substance license (as applicable)
- 1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting
- Confidence practicing independently
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
Desired Qualifications
- GP, ER, or urgent care experience
- Internship training
