Job Summary
Conduct part-time veterinary practice across trusted hospital settings, focusing on surgery, dentistry, ER, or urgent care as available. Manage clinical autonomy with dedicated medical leadership and mentorship support, while maintaining independent practice without production quotas or restrictive non-competes. Choose your own work days within a 1–3 day per week schedule, with biweekly guaranteed salary and options to convert extra shifts into PTO. Practice with access to a veterinary social worker and ongoing professional development, supported by a collaborative community of veterinarians.
Required Qualifications
- DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program (or equivalent)
- Active license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA + controlled substance license (as applicable)
- 1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting
- Confidence practicing independently
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
Desired Qualifications
- GP, ER, or urgent care experience
- Internship training
