Job Summary
Conduct part-time veterinary practice across trusted hospital settings, choosing your own days to work within a 1–3 day per week schedule. Manage clinical autonomy in small animal medicine while receiving dedicated medical leadership, mentorship, and access to a veterinary social worker. Practice independently without production quotas or restrictive non-competes, supported by a collaborative community of veterinarians. Required Qualifications
- DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program (or equivalent)
- Active license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA + controlled substance license (as applicable)
- 1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting
- Confidence practicing independently
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
