Job Summary
In-home mobile hospice veterinary role providing hospice and euthanasia care to pets and families in San Diego and surrounding areas. Flexible 2–5 day-per-week schedule with 3–4 un-rushed appointments per day, menopause to support personal well-being, and mentorship available. Requires DVM/VMD/BVMS, active U.S. driver’s license, weekend availability, ability to lift up to 50 lbs (100 lbs with help), and successful background and motor vehicle checks. Opportunity to practice medicine with purpose outside a traditional clinic setting.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Availability to work some weekends
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance
- Background check and motor vehicle record check (post-hire and before start date)
