Job Summary
In-home, mobile veterinary role delivering hospice and euthanasia care to pets and families in Nassau County, NY and surrounding areas. Flexible weekly schedule (2–5 days) with 3–4 unhurried appointments per day, enabling a balanced professional and personal life. Independent practice within Lap of Love’s supportive network, with onboarding, mentorship, and access to a 24/7/365 Support Center. Focus is on compassionate end-of-life care and meaningful patient-family interactions while practicing veterinary medicine outside a traditional clinic setting.
Required Qualifications
- Veterinarian license in good standing
- DVM or equivalent veterinary degree implied by Associate Veterinarian role
